Returns

If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return the unworn items to us within 60 days. Please send the package along with the completed return slip to this address:

Once we receive your order, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that we only accept new, unworn items.

If there are any defects with your order, please contact us by email at service(at)smth.com.de. We will need your order number and pictures of the defects. In the unlikely event that something is missing from your order, please also send us pictures of the front and back of the shipping bag.

Important:

If you ordered a bundle, all included items must be returned to receive the full order value. If you received a free item (for example, during one of our promotions), please note that both the free item and the regular item must be returned. If you only return the regular item, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free item from your refund amount.

Please also note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs yourself. It's important to us to promote sustainable practices and make a positive contribution to climate protection. As a small online shop, we have opted for a print-on-demand process. This means that we only produce products when they are ordered. Through this approach, we aim to avoid the overproduction of goods and conserve resources.

We also prioritize sustainability when it comes to returns, as these involve additional transportation, packaging materials, and energy consumption, all of which have a negative impact on the environment. By leaving the costs of returns to our customers, we hope they will be more conscious about their purchasing decisions and only order items they truly want to keep.
